FULL HOME INSPECTION: Starting at $390

NEW CONSTRUCTION 11 MONTH WARRANTY: Starting at $300
Most new construction homes include a one-year builder’s warranty, but many homeowners aren’t sure what’s covered or when to act. About 45 to 60 days before your warranty expires, a One-Year Warranty Inspection helps identify areas of your home that may still be covered by the builder.
Northway Home Inspection provides a detailed inspection and report so you can address any identified issues with your builder before the warranty period ends.
WALK & TALK CONSULTATIONS​: $225
As a certified home inspector, I’ll meet you at the showing and walk through the property with you, providing a high-level overview of the five major components: Foundation, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanicals, and Exterior. You’ll get real-time insights and can ask as many questions as you’d like. Please note: this service does not include a written report.
MOLD/AIR TESTING: Starting at $350
Has your home experienced past water damage or moisture issues? Do you notice visible mold or persistent musty odors? If so, you may want to consider adding mold and indoor air quality testing to your home inspection.
With this service, Northway Home Inspection performs a visual inspection to identify clear and obvious signs of mold growth. We also collect air and/or surface samples, which are sent to a certified laboratory for analysis. The lab results help determine the types of mold spores that may be present in the home at the time of testing.
This service includes either two indoor air samples and one outdoor or two surface samples. If additional samples are needed or requested, an additional fee per sample will apply. Mold testing can provide useful information about indoor air quality and help guide further evaluation or remediation when needed. Northway Home Inspection Certification ID: IAC2-94980
RADON TESTING: Starting at $250
Radon is a odorless, colorless gas that can be present in homes and can only be detected with specialized testing equipment. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.
Northway Home Inspection offers radon testing as an add-on to a home inspection or as a stand-alone service. Our trained technicians will set up the radon testing equipment and provide instructions on how to prepare your home for the test. The test runs for a minimum of 48 hours, after which a pickup time will be scheduled.
